Fr. Steven S. Kirk, M.Div
Father Steven S. Kirk, M. Div has a lifetime of pastorship and professional experience in fundraising, project stewardship and startup of management with communities and churches across the United States. He has earned a Master’s of Divinity with honors from Yale University and he also holds a Bachelor’s of Art and Economics graduating magna cum laude from North Carolina Architectural and Technical State University in Greensboro.
James “Jim” Temple
James “Jim” Temple has over 30 years experience in banking operations, accounting operations and treasury management. Starting his own consulting organization in 1996, Mr. Temple has led teams of consultants on assignment to several banking and insurance operations across the country including agencies of the US Department of Agricultural (USDA). Mr. Temple holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston.
Dr. Kathleen A. Garland
Dr. Kathleen A. Garland provides PFI with the of the social, environmental and financial elements of a successful green business. Dr. Garland has worked in regulatory agencies as well as her own management consulting firm. She is currently on the faculty at the University of Houston – Clear Lake where she teaches environmental management.

Anthony “AJ” Russ Jr.
AJ Russ is a recent University of Houston graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism. Outside of PFI, AJ works with ESPN Radio Houston, the Texans, the Houston Rodeo, and at CW39 Houston with the goal of become an NBA/NFL Sports analyst.

Eric Anderson
Eric Anderson has dedicated over 20 years to coaching and mentoring student-athletes, including 17 years at Dickinson High School as a coach and Assistant Athletic Director. A standout high school athlete, he earned a scholarship to Henderson State University, where he played football and completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management before earning a Master’s in Educational Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Married for 23 years and the proud father of 2 daughters, Eric combines his love for family, sports, and education to inspire success both on and off the field.
